Schedule of Fees
Initial 60 minute consultation and examination is $190.00
This involves investigations, testing procedures and formulating a treatment plan.
Subsequent 60 minute consultations and therapy protocols is $200.00
This usually involves multiple therapy modalities within the treatment period.
Subsequent 30 minute consultations and/or therapy is $100.00
Subsequent 45 minute consultations and/or therapy is $150.00
Subsequent 15 minute consultations and/or therapy is $50.00
Refunds
Products that appear faulty or damaged on inspection are fully refunded or replaced.
Clients who are dissatisfied with any singular service, are entitled to receive a full refund for that service.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, we require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment, to enable the space to be available to other clients. With 24 hour notice there is no charge to cancel or change a booking. However if less than 24 hours notice is provided, a 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. A missed appointment, without any prior notification, means a 100% of the consultation will be charged.
